WHAT IS THE CONCEPT?

 

The concept behind the film is simple. It focuses on interviews with veterans of the US armed forces, as well as some active duty military personnel and their families. The film tells their stories of struggle, sacrifice, and the time these heroes spent serving our country. The filmmakers continue to reach out to a variety of individuals from different branches of the military, those who served during different eras, and times of conflict.

 

We are also reaching out to the spouses and families of these individuals, attempting to show “military life” from the eyes of those who know these heroes best.

 

IS THIS ANOTHER DOCUMENTARY OR NEWS SPECIAL?

 

No. Far from it. While the film may show some aspects of documentary style, the overall “feel” of the project is that of a true story told from different points of view. The film will honor those who fight for our freedoms, touching on the emotions of what it means to be an American as described by those who have been on the front lines, and those who serve alongside them here at home.
